Drive daily operations and Service Level Management for the assigned service(s)
Primary service contact between the CDE/SDM and delivery organization
Provide technical leadership in the operational matrix across practices
Monitor workload and performance of individual resources supporting service(s)
Proactive analysis of out of line situations and prioritizing with SDM/CDE.
