Your Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing web shop customer relationships by professionally resolving all situations related to the web shop customers;
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email;
  • Communicating with customers through various channels;
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/refunds;
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • Close collaboration with other internal and external departments (Germany);
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process


Your Profile

  • Completed degree or educational training in eCommerce area;
  • Fluent German. Good English is a plus.

  • Networked, solution oriented way of thinking and independent and proactive personality;

  • Experience working with customer support is an advantage.
