Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing web shop customer relationships by professionally resolving all situations related to the web shop customers;
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email;
- Communicating with customers through various channels;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/refunds;
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
- Close collaboration with other internal and external departments (Germany);
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Your Profile
Fluent German. Good English is a plus.
Networked, solution oriented way of thinking and independent and proactive personality;
Experience working with customer support is an advantage.
