Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist. You will be responsible for creating original text, managing posts, campaigns and responding to followers.

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e. original text);
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews;
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media;
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity;
• Analyze competitor activity.

• Excellent copywriting skills;
• Hands on experience in content management;
• Knowledge of online marketing channels;
• Experience working on plans with guidelines;
• Ability to use data to drive actionable insights;
• Able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience working on an social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.;
• Passion for Social Media, cool and catchy content writing;
• 2 years of experience in social media or related media field.
