Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordinating the IT support by dispatching the tasks on the company’s internal ticketing system to colleagues
  • Windows 1st and 2nd level user support through phone and tasks
  • Basic administration of Windows Installations
  • Workstation / Laptop Rollout and Maintenance
  • Hardware handling
  • Working with IT processes
