YOUR PROFILE

• We are looking for an experienced/Senior Crash Engineer to work in Structure or Occupant Safety Development.
• You should be either a graduate engineer in Road Vehicle,  Mechanics, Electro-mechanics, Electro-technics, Mathematician, Physicist or you should have had a comparable education.
• Knowledge of FEM Solvers as LS-DYNA, Abaqus, Pam-Crash.
• First-hand experience on developing vehicle structure from concept to SOP.
• Project lead experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver analysis results in a tight schedule within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong understanding of physical hardware and its CAE representation.
• Open-minded with a desire and aptitude to work in a team environment with individuals having diverse backgrounds and experience.
• Self-driven with a concentration on execution. Likes to be accountable for their own work.
• Fluency in English or German is a must (written and spoken). 
• Home office possibility, full time office possibility and hybrid work style possibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform CAE simulations to evaluate and enhance full vehicle crashworthiness performance in conjunction with Occupant/Passive Safety.
• Project management responsibilities and full project responsibility involving customer contact.
• Optimize the structure from concept to detailed design.
• Evaluate the product structure and perform all the necessary studies.
• Conduct optimization simulations using FEM Methods.
• Support component, sub-systems and vehicle physical testing to correlate the CAE model.
• Develop specifications of component performance, performed testing and development of vehicle.
• You will face exciting engineering challenges in a modern innovative atmosphere.
