Required skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Law
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration, preferably within the technical/IT/automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of the Romanian Labor Code
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ro & En)
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, taking ownership and responsibility of allocated projects and tasks
  • Structured thinking and solution oriented, planning skills
  • Ability to analyse and synthesize, flexibility and high attention to details
  • „Can do” attitude, proactive approach on challenges, addapt easily to new development environment
  • Practical mindset, always looking for efficiency and improvement of the managed processes
  • Initiative, reliable, communicative, team-player and friendly approach

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare all HR specific documents (for hiring, changes during employment, certificates and ending of contracts)
  • Maintain the relationship with the new employees in the pre-employment phase to ensure the needed employment documents, including signing the contracts with the new colleagues
  • Maintain up-to-date the personnel and employment data and track the documents needed for the personnel files
  • Draft specific and periodical HR reports, PPT presentations, processes & procedures, user guides and other specific documents
  • Keep a close collaboration with other support departments such as: recruitment, finance, marketing & communication to carry out joint activities such as hiring, onboarding, exit, payroll, performance assesment, etc
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and business partners for all personnel queries related to HR processes, provide first level general HR advice, guidance and support in line with company requirements, escalating issues to HRM
  • Ensure compliance with Romanian Labor law, make sure the HR procedures are developed, updated, implemeted and communicated to all employees and managers
  • Work in close collaboration with the payroll vendor and financial department for the monthly data input
  • Maintain the relationship with the providers of the occupational medicine service and health and safety
  • Responsible for the corectness of the personnel data, for the archiving and storage of personnel documents, ensuring full confidentiality of the data with which operates
  • Perform other HR & administrative tasks depending on the new requirements and needs that could appear within the HR department
