ALTEN Delivery Center is looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer. Bring your enthusiasm and join our Support team in Iasi!

What should you have:

• ​Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related area (could be an advantage) 
• Good technical knowledge of Windows client operating system 
• Reactivity, being able to work with users and solve problems quickly under stressful situations 
• Fluency (written and oral) in English, French would be a plus 
• Client-driven approach & Service oriented attitude 
• Flexible and proactive attitude, team oriented 
• Handling confidential information in a discrete and responsible manner

Your responsibilities:

• IT technical support to users on functional IT topics and issues 
• Managing access for employees to company resources: applications, policies 
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications 
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults 
• Replacing parts as required; handling inventory for hardware and software
