1. Solution Admin – Service Now:


Technical skills:


  • Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field
  • Confirmed experience in managing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SLM, Mobile, Portal, CMDB)
  • Confirmed experience in ServiceNow Scripting
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • First experience in Front-End Development (Java script, JSON, HTML, CSS)
  • Testing practices
  • Fluent in English
  • Expected certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator would be a plus


Your key responsibilities:


  • Manage support and evolutions of ServiceNow solutions (ServiceNow + Nuvolo + GaliStore)
  • Manage functional and technical specifications of the solutions according to business needs
  • Solutions/Modules implementation, maintenance and tuning
  • Deployment of new features through configuration or specific development
  • Manage features adoption through documentation, training
  • Monitor and improve solution performance
  • Ensure coordination with ServiceNow partners and Internal DSI departments
  • Manage relation with all the IS&T counterparties
  • Support management for incidents
  • Requests analysis & qualification monitoring
  • Documentation maintenance (Technical, Architecture and end users)
  • Reporting KPI, issues, evolutions, risks


2. Solution Admin – M365/SharePoint:


Technical skills:


  • Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field
  • Working knowledge in PowerShell 4.0 & 5.0, AD
  • Confirmed experience in SharePoint administration and optimization
  • ITIL fundation certification
  • Microsoft MS900 certification (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
  • Optional : Microsoft MS700/MS600 certification is an advantage
  • English fluent


Your key responsibilities:


  • Ensuring support and evolutions of Group's M365 solutions
  • Contribute to activities to reinforce the adoption by end users of the M365 solutions and usages
  • Collaborates closely with partners (Microsoft, integrators, specialists) and other DSI services in order to strengthen the business relationships and qualify evolution needs
  • Contribute to the major evolution projects for the deployed collaboratives solutions
  • 2nd level of support with focus on incident management (processing and elimination of malfunctions)
  • M365 solution support (SharePoint Onprem / Online / Teams solutions)
  • Ensure implementation & development of collaboratives solutions (SharePoint / Teams)
