Integrate and develop Robot Operating System (ROS) packages, mostly focusing on the high-level routines associated with mobile robotics, namely path planning, inter-robot communication and artificial perception. These routines fall on the decision-making and operation in scenarios typically unknown and/or unstructured, with particular emphasis on field robotics. INGENIARIUS intends, at this level, to increase its competences and its degree of qualification, with the intent to improve the design and deployment of disruptive robotic platforms. For this, an advanced level of knowledge in mobile robotics, more specifically ROS, is required. The selection criteria will be based on academic/professional qualifications relevant for the position at stake, as well as communication skills and teamwork.
