Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person ar taking messages.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office cammon areas. 
  • Organaizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necesary.
  • Maintainining supply invetory.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence. 
  • Helping prepare for meetings. 
  • Creating, maintaing, and entering information into detabases. 
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presantation software.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite. 
  • High school diploma. 
  • Ability to organize a daily worklaud by priorities.
