Your responsibility as a System Engineer will be the 1st line support for all users on our systems to ensure their smooth use. You will need to have a good knowledge of the following to allow the effective support users need to keep them working smoothly:

• Windows 7 & Windows 10.
• MS Office 2010 & 365.
• Office 365 Administration.
• Active Directory.

In addition you will need to have a good awareness of the following so you can assist users when they need support:

• MS Visio
• MS Teams
• MS Project
• Webex.
• Joomla, Wordpress or similar CMS.
• Canon & HP Printers.

It would be very helpful if you had a good knowledge of
Windows Server 2008 & upwards.In addition we will provide training on the following if required
Ubiquiti CCTV & APResponsibilities will include maintenance, performance, integrity and security of our Network and the systems on it. You'll be involved in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of users across the airline hangers we manage in UK, Germany, Sweden, Ukraine, Moscow and Cyprus.

Future Development:

This role has a great opportunity to progress and be trained on the following

• SQL Server / Windows Server
• Gain sufficient technical knowledge of SQL server in order to provide support as per Linux/Oracle based systems.
• Sensus / Quantum (internal system)

Gain sufficient technical knowledge of the above systems to be able to provide 1st & 2ND line application support to end users.
