Office Tech Support Assistant part-time

KeepCalling has an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Office TechSupport Assistant, part of our IT team, in our Sibiu office.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the office building. You will also be the main point of contact for the employees who are experiencing software/hardware issues. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our IT team and grow with us!

This position is ONLY available at our Sibiu location. Please apply only if you are willing to relocate to Sibiu.

Who are you?

• A student or fresh graduate in the IT field or you have experience in a similar role;

What do you need for the job?

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent listening and enquiring skills to be able to understand issues when explained by someone without technical knowledge;
• Good understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience;
• Good English skills to communicate with our international team-members;
• Great teamwork skills;

You will be advantaged if you have:

• Knowledge in software programming, database, scripting;

If you’re up for the challenge, you’d be:

• Installing and configuring new technology to be used by the company, such as hardware, operative systems, and programs or applications;
• Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment (software & hardware);
• Implementing and assisting in the roll-out of new applications or operating systems;
• Assisting new employees with equipment and user access;
• Offering support with IT Documentation;
• Troubleshooting and testing for company products.
