Locations: Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Tg. Mures (Romania)

As a Project Manager working with us you will be part of cross-functional teams that will define, design, build and ship new features within our applications. You will lead the planning and implementation, facilitate the definition of project scope, specifications, acceptance and deliverables for projects for internal or external customers.

The right person will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of agile software development projects, with a strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and processes. Knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of complex IT client projects, experience working with virtual/distributed teams and minimum a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing, IT or Communication will be highly appreciated.

Being an organization with multiple offices in different countries, fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must. A positive attitude combined with great teamwork abilities were proven to help.

Requirements

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Clarify all the questions from customer and project team
• Monitor and track progress using company tools
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output
• Make sure the quality standards are at any time and on all levels
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Lead and motivate the project team, provide directions and support
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Participate on the evaluation of project team member’s performance
• Manage team members workload and priorities for projects
