Internship Quotation Engineer 6 Months

Description

Analysis of quotation request received from the client / sales office and preparing technical and commercial offer for the client according to specifications.

Responsibilities

·       Learning information related to the division and the offered products, their characteristics, their use directions and applicability;

·       Verification of the quotation request received from the sales office / sales representative and preparing technical and commercial offer for customers, ensuring that they comply with the technical specifications and client’s requirements;

·       Check the orders received from the client / sales engineer / sales representative to ensure that it complies with technical and commercial proposal sent;

·       Participates actively in maintaining compliance with the rules of international trade (Trade Compliance) respecting the specific procedures required by the company in this field and by escalating issues to the upper hierarchical level of responsibility;

·       Carries out any other task assigned by the direct supervisor or by management in connection with job responsibilities or law compliance.

Requirements

·       University degree in technical field (Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrotechnics)

·       Relevant experience in technical field - technical and commercial quotation, technical support, etc .;

·       Experience in sales is an advantage;

·       Very good knowledge of computer use (MS Office, Internet, Email, AutoCad);

·       Good knowledge of English and French.
