Employer Branding Officer - part time 4h

  • Contributes to setting the employer branding strategy, designs and executes the agreed initiaves
  • Proactively plans and manages recruiting & employer branding events, such as job fairs, internships, career events, open days, workshops, etc.
  • Partners with all internal departments in order to identify the business needs in this area of activity
  • Creates relevant materials and content for all the internal and external projects and social media campaigns (ads, flyers, banners, posters, etc.)
  • Creates and maintains strategic partnerships with universities and student associations to generate continuous awareness on our employer brand
  • Is actively involed in the HR activities – recruitment & selection and operations
  • Ensures consistency of the candidate experience at all recruiting events
  • Conducts research and identifies new opportunities and new project ideas
  • Implements consistent ROI measurements and tools to benchmark event performance


  • Minimum 1 year of experience with employer branding projects
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/HR/PR
  • Experience in recruitment would be a plus
  • Experience in using social media channels and marketing software/tools
  • Good project management skills – planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management
  • Very good communication skills, team spirit, creative mindset, flexible and fun
