Internship Junior Business Analyst (Financial Risk)

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and develop user relationships, analyse information requirements/needs and identify opportunities of improving existing solutions/ services
• Analysis and interpretation of business/functional requirements, carrying out response activities in terms of business analysis, requirements clarfifications, scope framing and testing guidelines
• Communicate with different stakeholder to gather Business Requirements
• Work with Developers to translate functional requirements in technical ones
• Perform test and analysis on data produced for risk management, considering both productive and test environments
• Create functional documentation

Qualification and competencies

• Basic knowledge of banking and Financial/Credit Risks frameworks
• Knowledge of xVA topics is a plus
• Predisposition to work under pressure and solve complex problems
• Good analytical skills in data analysis
• Basic knowledge (at least awareness) of project management (ALM) and Incident management (HPSM) tools
• Solid knowledge and experience in Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities
• Very good English both spoken and written
