Requirements
A bachelor’s
degree in one of the following fields: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Business (with an analytics focus), or other quantitative focus;
Minimum 2 years
of experience in Analytical roles or in projects involving big data, preferably
Call Centers industry;
Technical
expertise regarding data modelling and machine learning techniques;
Exceptional
statistical and data manipulation skills;
Knowledge of
reporting packages (e. g. SAP Business Objects, MS Power BI) and familiarity
with using statistical packages (e. g. R, Python, SAS,).
Also are
required: strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
Responsibilities
Building a
structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results;
Provide
analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects;
Continuously
strive for a deeper understanding of our business drivers;
Own the design
of advanced analytics dashboards and KPI reports in our BI platform;
Recognize and
adopt best practices in report and analysis;
Identify
opportunities to improve data and business processes;
Nice to have:
Knowledge of
Italian language; Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning Studio.
