What You Will Be Doing:
The Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for all IT service desk incidents and requests for our customer. The Analyst will file customer calls, troubleshoot, document and solve IT related issues based on solutions found in the knowledge base.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Providing support for IT queries on MS Office package and specific corporate software;
* Windows troubleshooting;
* Networking and server monitoring.
