• Plan, execute, track, deliver and close projects using the standard company processes and tools
• Own relationships with the customer at the project level and work closely with our account directors and production teams to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality and profitability
• Provide clear written and verbal communication to both internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, financials, progress and status
• Drive and participate in the development of project workflows which focus on quality in all aspects of project delivery

What  we’re looking for in you

• BA in Languages, Translation, Business is desirable (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2-3 years experience in translation, project management  or customer services preferred
• Knowledge of the localisation industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with localisation and translation management tools is a big plus
• Experience & knowledge of managing projects, accounts, client sales cycles and relationship development
• Exposure to managing budgets (including reporting and reconciliations)
• Strong computer literacy, MS Office, e-mail, internet
• Fluency in written and verbal English and French or German
• Good technical mindset
• Ability to learn new processes and tools
