Responsibilities:

As the Sharpoint Project Manager @Vertiv you will:

Be responsible for SharePoint project management, ensure effective and efficient communication among stakeholders, to ensure accurate and in-time information delivery, quick problem discovery and resolution, effective risk protection and management;
Work out project plan, coordinate resources and push project forward based on the projected plan;
Be responsible for requirement collection, evaluation and analysis and solution design;
Be responsible for real business needs digging, business processes analysis, and cross department system function assessment;
Be responsible for non-business requirements and project scope definition, project cost evaluation, project planning, quality management, etc.
Handle vendor selection process and vendor management to ensure project can be delivered on time within budget;
Manage and timely report project using project management system;
Work closely with global virtual team to ensure requirements are correctly transferred and developed;
Organize cross functional representatives and related parties to complete works in different project stages: UAT, end user training, project trial run, go live.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint PM who has:

Bachelor degree in computer science, information management and system or related;
At least 5 years’ experience in IT project management and experience in Agile, PMP is preferred;
Experience in working in a global virtual team, and cooperating with team member global wide;
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
Experience with project management tools and systems;
Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills;
Strong leadership attitude;
Excellent Communication skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present solutions/alternatives and influence the outcome of decisions;
Experience in Office 365 (SharePoint Online and OneDrive), Microsoft SharePoint, .Net, SQLSERVER and familiar with related knowledge in development using MS SharePoint;
Experience with 3rd Party tools (i.e., Nintex Forms and Workflow, Metalogix Content Matrix, Bamboo, Amrein, OpenText AGA for SharePoint);
UI/UX experience, including branding and client-side customizations and technologies;
Experience with products interacting with SharePoint (i.e. integration with Outlook, Azure AD, etc.)
