The ideal candidate will have/be:
-University degree in Information Technology;
-Excellent written and oral communication skills;
-Ability to negotiate;
-Exceptional customer service orientation;
-Advanced level of English.
Essential responsibilities and duties:
-Support IT office in organising systems, applications, infrastructure and support services needed to achieve excellence.
-Administration of client operating systems and servers
-With the coordination of IT Coordinator, carry out the following tasks:
-Collect and address site requests
-Implement new projects for local applications and infrastructures
-Implement improvements in the existing Information Systems, to ensure the right evolution.
-Ensure the ownership of the System by the user. If necessary, co-ordinate: training to user and application of the procedures.
-Assure the 2nd Level functional support & technical support to the users
-Ensure the application of Group standards, especially concerning hardware, software, security policies, software licenses control, inventory, etc.
-Manage IT shopfloor applications and equipments
-Manage site contracts and relationships with external suppliers.
-Apply IT procedures specific to the site
-Issues IT purchases.
