Monitoring of spare parts stock inventory
Create and follow-up purchase orders
Create and follow-up reparation orders
Reception, identification, confirmation of the orders
Follow up the stock, warning for stock level
Assure the good functioning and bring improvements to the spare parts management system and processes
Escalation according internal plan
Follow-up incoming /outgoing materials
Analyze consumption and identify deviations
Cooperation with handout personnel
5S in MAZE area
Ensure Bosch quality targets (error-free logistics) and other activities related to the project

Ce te face potrivit pentru echipa noastra:

High school or university
Preferable 2 years general experience
Experience in maintaining a stock
Experience in order handling
Technical knowledge about spare parts
Medium computer skills and knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Outlook)
Preferable SAP experience
Good communication and problem solving skills
Attention to details
Flexible working style
Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to standards, policies and procedures
