Our Global Procurement Centre in Cluj, Romania is part of the Global Supply Chain/Strategic Procurement department, providing excellent service for the organization across different commodities: Indirect Goods and Services (IGS), Product Related (PR) and Information Systems (IS).

For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a:

                                                                                Procurement Senior Analyst with German

Your role:

Manages the required processes in our ERP systems/tools in line with the global Procurement processes including Purchase Order (PO) placement/ modification/ acknowledgment, parked invoices, expediting, documentation retrieval, supplier performance monitoring, reports creation, and any other Procurement related activities.


- Create/modify/acknowledge PO and Scheduling agreements

- Expedite PO deliveries according to contractual requirements for strategic suppliers

- Unblock, release and solve parked invoices related issues

- Analyse requests and retrieve documentation in line with stakeholder requirements

- Run complex reports and perform data analysis

- Support monitoring of supplier performance

- Manage non-standard requests

- Develop understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain business practices

- Ensure that escalations and requests on hold are progressed

- Offer training for new joiners and refresher training whenever required, updating other Team Members when the process change is happening


- Bachelor degree in Business or Economics

-1-3 years experience in a relevant position

- Relevant experience in a multinational environment ideal

- Procurement experience an advantage

Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
